$1000 Deposit now, and a promise to pay $19,000, when we close on the land, will reserve you a forested 2 acre buildable lot, for recreation or living, and a lifetime membership privileges for the Spring Creek Recreational Club with ZERO fees for life.  This membership is transferrable to any new future owner of your lot.  You select your lot based on when your deposit is received by me. You are issued a number and will pick your lot in that order once plat is approved.  We hope to have the plat within 60 days of closing.

Each lot owner will get a rebate from the first select harvesting of the land in 35 years. Once purchased we will select harvest the lumber on the property.  After expenses, we will rebate 50% of the harvested funds back to the total landowners that purchase the 2 acre lots - split evenly.   50% of the profits will be given to the club for operational funds.  We will get an estimate of this amount as soon as we purchase the land.  This is a serious savings  for the lot owners and we have no idea how much you will get back as a rebate for purchasing a lot, but it will be yours to do as you wish.  We want to harvest this winter if able - directly after closing.

Surrounded by over 3000 acres of National and State Forests plus 400 acres of our own private property to hunt, fish, camp, enjoy as desired.   Your lot can have a cabin, RV, camp, or a house to live in - Your choice - already zoned for all purposes.  Any cabin or house build must be at least 500 SQ FT minimum .

Lot Purchase price includes the install of a road to your lot and well water access.  An additional $2500.00 fee will be due when you decide to add electricity to your lot.  We plan to build a rest room, shower, and water facility near the entrance of the area for all to use as we improve the area.  We want to build a central Club House for use by visitors and hunters before you are ready to build on your own lot. Our goal is to start road construction and facility's build out in the Spring of 2027.  We plan to have RV parking and a dump station as soon as possible for your use.

The land has an older rainbow trout hatchery already on Spring Creek that is DNR Approved and will be opened and run by the non-profit.  The non profit will be managed by Jason's Son - Jack Lane - another avid hunter, fisherman, and guide.  Lot owners have no responsibility or liability for the non-profit's operations.  FREE Trout fishing for lot owners with daily limits.

Spring Creek runs through the property that fronts over one mile on the Pine River for Kayaking and fishing. There will be a 9 foot deep trout pond supplied by the hatchery for catching rainbow trout.

For Hunting there will be Deer, Bear, Quail, Pheasant, and small game hunting provided by the Club with a online schedule process as folks get there tags from the State of Michigan.  Game bird hunting will be by reservation through the Clubs Process and open to the public.  Only lot owners can deer and bear hunt any stands and bait stations managed by the Club on our 400 acre property and the 3000 plus forest land surrounding the property.  Jack Lane will be wildlife and hunting manager. He has been very successful on private and public land in selecting best locations to hunt.   Jack will be available as a guide as desired.

Tons of other awesome fishing in the area with the St Mary's River and all the freshwater lakes and coves in the area. Perch, Walleye, Salmon, and Lake trout are abundant in the area with or without guides.
